Hey, all! So I’ve missed one day of blogging but that’s alright. I’m down with the flu. Huhu. Anyway, how have you all been? I hope you are not as sick as I am now. Hehe.
So today, le husband decided to have garlic bread for breakfast. Guess who made garlic bread? Yup yup, that would be me! You can check it out on my Insta-story @nurulhudamt. After making garlic bread for the second time, I’m pretty confident of making it now. And I have completely forgotten how it tasted like until I had it today! No wonder my husband asked me to make it again! :p
I got the recipe off Recreate with Rohit. Of course, I had to amend the recipe a bit as my microwave doesn’t have a grill function and I just used the usual bread you eat with a spread. I would advise you to get the Gardenia brand as the house brand ones such as Giant and Fairprice are flakier. The Giant at my estate doesn’t sell Oregano either so I had to settle for Italian herbs, which is a mixture of herbs containing oregano anyway. I didn’t follow the exact measurements as well as I don’t have a kitchen weighing scale to weigh the butter so I pretty much just scattered the pepper, herbs, chilli flakes and salt in amounts that I felt were suitable. Besides garlic bread being a highlight for today, I have finally finished downloading and installing Diablo III on my desktop. My PC was too infected with viruses that we were forced to reformat. Le husband finally tested out Diablo and liked it…but I don’t think he likes it as much as PUBG! Omg, that game ah…
Yes, I’m playing PUBG too after being roped in by my UNIQLO colleagues! Omg! It’s just great fun playing with people you can banter with and shout at hahahaha! My PUBG is nurulhudamt and le husband’s is AmirudinAfro. Let’s have chicken dinner!
But of course, I’m super n00b at games so don’t expect much out of me. I will just ride on your success and get a chicken nugget hahahaha!
Now I’m kinda waiting for le husband to be knocked out by his flu so that I can play Diablo! HAHAHAHA! I totally felt the itch to play it after watching him play!
